Omar El-Shenety is the founder of Multiples Group; a Dubai based boutique investment bank with private equity and investment banking practices, focusing on the MENA region.
El-Shenety has also been the founder of Quick-Wins Strategic Advisory, a Dubai based strategy consulting firm offering strategic advisory for major groups and companies across the MENA region.
Before that, El-Shenety has worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a financial analyst at Henkel.
Academically, El-Shenety holds a Global Executive MBA in Strategy and Finance from Columbia Business School and London Business School. Besides, El-Shenety holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo with a minor in Business.
El-Shenety has co-founded the House of Wisdom foundation in Egypt, a leading think-tank covering pressing political and economic issues after the revolution, where he served as a board member and head of the economic section in the foundation.
El-Shenety has been working extensively on analyzing the key economic issues facing the Middle East region with focus on Egypt, trying to analyze economic issues and offering insights.
